Q: What is a Buffalo Jump Sip & Paint session like?
Buffalo Jump Sip & Paint is a studio/wine bar where you enjoy a social, relaxed, group setting. The lead artist guides you through each step of the session’s featured painting. By the end of the session you will be amazed at the artwork you've created! Class times are consistent and typically last about 2 - 2 1/2 hours.
Q: How do I register for a painting event?
Click on the piece you wish to paint from the calendar, fill out the required fields, add your payment information and we'll send an email confirmation. It's as simple as that!
Q: Should I sign up in advance?
Signing up in advance is absolutely recommended. Early registration is necessary as sessions have both a minimum and maximum occupancy. Walkins are welcome, but seating is not guaranteed nor is your ability to sit with a group.
Q: Is it possible to sit with a group?
YES! Simply include the party name in the company name field when you register. This is very necessary if we are to reserve seating for you all.
Q: What is the cost of a Buffalo Jump Sip & Paint session and what is included in the price?
The price ranges between $25-$45 plus tax where applicable. We provide each painter with a pre-stretched 16 x 20 canvas, paint, brushes, easel, apron, and instruction,
What is included?
We provide all the materials, equipment and instruction you’ll need to help your inner Monet or Picasso jump to your canvas! A glass of our house wine or one of our specialty cocktails is included to boost your inner creativity!

Q: Is there an age limit?
Saturday afternoon sessions for younger painters are available. All painters under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Q: What if I’ve never painted before?
That’s okay, you don’t need any art experience to enjoy painting with us. Our artist will guide you step by step through the entire process. You’ll leave with a finished piece of art that YOU have created! Our classes are great for novice or experienced painters alike.
Q: What do I wear?
While we will provide aprons and we use water based acrylic, when it dries it will not easily come out. If you care about it, don't wear it.
Q: What time do I need to arrive for a class?
We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes early to get checked in, settled, and grab a drink. 30 minutes, if you're painting with a larger group.
Q: May I BYOB, or beverages?
No need at all!
We have our assortment of wines, wine cocktails, sangrias and a selection of non-alcholic beverages and mock-tales available.
Q: May I attend but not paint?
You are welcome to attend a class without painting so long as you have a paid seat. Unfortunately this is due to limited seating, and really... You know you want to try it!
Q: Do you offer Team Building, Company Social Events and private parties?
Yes. We offer team building, bridal, bachelorette, engagements, birthday parties and almost any other event you can imagine. Give us a call and we can help you set up an event perfect for your needs!
Q: What is your cancellation policy? Buffalo Jump Sip & Paint may offer a full refund if notification of cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before class start. Notification received at least 24 hours before class start will recieve no refund, with credit being used for a future session. No refund will be given If cancellation notification is recieved or occurs less than 24 hours prior to class start. This cancellation policy applies to parties of 2 or less. For cancellation of a party of 3 or more, a minimum of 96 hours is required for a full refund or and 72 hours to reschedule.
Q: I missed a painting that I really want to paint! How often will you repeat paintings?
Please let us know! We cycle through pieces as often as we can, but if you would like one on the schedule, let us know. You can reach us from the contact page or via our Facebook page.
Q: May I bring a cake/food for my party?
Cakes are welcome for birthdays, anniversaries, or just because. Our locations in Cody and Gilbert have food available. Please contact us in advance, so that we may help make your session perfect. No glitter, please.
Q. When may I use a promo code or gift certificater?
You can use your promo code anytime other than a session that is already discounted, and you will notice no option available for a code. You may use a gift certificate for any session.
Q: Do I have to paint the piece of artwork scheduled for that night?
You may paint what you wish and feel free to change your color palette! YOU are the artist, you may paint anything your creativity leads you to do!
Q: Should I Tip the artist?
Tipping is not expected but greatly appreciated! Our artists work hard to provide a wonderful experience for you. Let them feel the love!
